Personal Aside: Attorney Richard Caro Files Historic Legal Action Against Governor on All-Kids.

An exclusive story in the Chicago Daily Observer today details an historic legal action filed by Attorney Richard Caro to restrain the governor from using funds not appropriated by the legislature for All-Kids. It plain and simply challenges the constitutionality of Blagojevich’s movement of funds from one purpose to another—which Caro, a legal scholar, maintains is “simply wrong.” Your comments are welcome both here and at The Observer.

  1. The cutsy inside Republican RINO money grubbers set us up for Blago as Gov.

It is nice to see that some one is suing BLAGO! It is about time. To bad the main media won't give it much play because they like that KIDS CRAP.... sorry Powers ole boy!

The think I don't like is that some Republicans think they can play footsie with Blago..... you know where footsie got a certain senator.....
