Guests on Political Shootout Sunday will be Republican Dave McSweeney, a candidate for 8th district Congress who’s been endorsed by both major newspapers and Frank Avila, a Democratic candidate for what used to be the Metropolitan Sanitary District but which now has a more euphonious name.
