The pairing of Tom Dart and
Dan Proft made for an interesting “Political Shootout” last night. Dart is the Democratic endorsee for Cook county sheriff, and a more engaging personality can hardly be found in the Democratic party. Dan Proft is a Republican consultant for Steve Rauschenberger and Tony Peraica, candidates for governor and Cook county Board president respectively. Proft has a shrewd sense of capsule commenting and is more take-no-prisoners than Dart. Good program.
